WORK OUT ON THE COMPETITION FLOOR

The competition weekend kicks off, heart rates rise, and the floor comes alive.

Turku Turbulence Spectator Workout invites you to experience the core of the event on Friday, February 6 — without competition stress, but with full Turbulence vibe.

  • Partner workout on the official Turku Turbulence competition floor

  • Friday, February 6, between 5:00–8:00 PM

  • 3 × 14-minute workout segments

  • Clear, efficient, event-style format

  • Scalable for different fitness levels

FOR WHO?

The Spectator Workout is designed for CrossFit enthusiasts and fans of functional training who:

  • Are familiar with basic movements (squats, pulls, presses)

  • Want to train in Logomo’s iconic setting

You do not need to be a CrossFit affiliate member to participate.

In pairs, 1 minute rest between WODs.

The Spectator  Workout will be held on Friday, February 6th at Logomo, Turku.

Total workout time is 45 minutes. Start times run on a rolling schedule every 15 minutes between 5:00–8:00 PM.

Entry fee: €39.90 (+ platform fee) per pair

 Limited spots available.

Warm-up takes place 30 minutes before your start time in a separate warm-up area. A coach will guide participants through the workout structure and lead a workout-specific warm-up.

Start times are assigned based on preferences submitted during ticket purchase. Final start times will be announced during event week.

 

Registration is binding. Fees are non-refundable in case of cancellation.

Participants are not insured by the event organizer.
